Terms of Service

By accessing or using Opal Studio AI ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the platform.

When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected package and any add-ons. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice, but any order already placed will be honored at the agreed price. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount of your order at the time of submission.

Delivery times vary by package: Basic (48 hours), Standard (24 hours), and Professional (12 hours). Rush delivery (6 hours) is available as an add-on. These timeframes are estimates and begin from the time your order is confirmed and photos are uploaded. We strive to meet all deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds: Basic (1 round), Standard (3 rounds), and Professional (unlimited). Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Additional revision rounds can be purchased as an add-on. A revision request constitutes feedback on the delivered work and does not include a complete rework of the original direction.

You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. Upon delivery, you receive a license to use the enhanced images. Basic package includes personal use only. Standard includes commercial use. Professional includes commercial and resale rights. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and enhance the original images. We may use delivered work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

You agree to: provide accurate information when placing orders, upload only images you have the right to use, not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, not attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform's security, and respect intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate these terms.

Opal Studio AI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for the content of user-uploaded images or how enhanced images are used after delivery.
