Refund Policy

Refund requests are eligible within 48 hours of delivery. Orders that are still in progress (not yet delivered) are eligible for a full refund if cancelled before the AI enhancement process begins. Once processing has started, a partial refund may apply based on work completed.

You are eligible for a full refund if: (1) your order is cancelled before processing begins, (2) the delivered images do not meet the package specifications (e.g., wrong image count, missing features), (3) there is a technical failure on our end that prevents delivery, or (4) delivery exceeds the stated timeframe by more than 24 hours without communication.

If you're unsatisfied with the quality of your delivered images, we encourage you to use your included revision rounds first. Refunds are not issued simply because you prefer the original photo. Our team will work with you through revisions to achieve your desired result. If all revision rounds are exhausted and the result still doesn't meet package specifications, a refund may be considered.

Refunds will not be issued if: (1) you change your mind after delivery, (2) you provided incorrect or low-quality source images that limit enhancement results, (3) all revision rounds have been used and the work meets package specifications, (4) you request a refund after 48 hours of delivery, or (5) the order was cancelled after processing was completed.

To request a refund, contact us at support@opalstudio.ai with your order ID and a brief explanation. Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
